Quintana Hill Estates is owned by Dennis and Duane Frandsen along with Duane’s daughter Jerilynn Seidel. Dennis and Duane’s humble beginning was on a small farm in Wisconsin. Their entrepreneurial instincts carried them through the next 50 years of growth in real estate, manufacturing and banking.

All three owners have an extensive real estate background which includes commercial and residential developments in the Midwest and Arizona.
