Schools
Quintana Hill Estates is in the Coolidge Unified School District. Children K-8 will go to either San Tan Heights Elementary School or Mountain Vista Elementary.   Both schools are located in SanTan Heights subdivision three miles north of Quintana Hill Estates. Grades 9-12 will go to Coolidge High School in Coolidge, Arizona. *

*Coolidge Unified School District is building a new, full-service high school on Gary Road and Silverdale Road on the 40 acres adjoining Quintana Hill Estates to the North. Gary Road
Coolidge Unified School District has plans to pave Gary Road in front of their project.  This will include paving 1/4 mile from the north boundary of Quintana Hill Estates north to Silverdale Road.  Other developers are obligated to pave the balance of Gary Road between Judd and Silverdale.  This will be done before the county approval of their subdivisions.

SanTan Mountain Regional Park
Consisting of over 10,000 acres and ranges in elevation from about 1,400 feet to over 2,500 feet. Many amenities are slated for future development.  The park is open to non-motorized use, including hiking, bicycling, and horseback riding. There is also a map of the future trail system.  The park entrance is located on Phillips Road south of Hunt Highway.
